Terms and Conditions

0. Booking is confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of £100
0. Payment of the balance of the total cost of the apartment is due 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival, or in full at the time of booking, if date of arrival is within 6 weeks. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
0. An inventory deposit of £50 is required. Any damages, losses or excessive final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit. The full deposit will be refunded after the property has been inspected and passed by our management company.
0. Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation will result in the loss of deposit. If cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, will result in loss of deposit and also any other monies paid to cover our fees to re-let the apartment.
0. Electricity, Water and Air-Conditioning are included in the price.
0. Cleaning of the apartment will be carried out prior to your arrival.
0. Fresh towels and linen are provided.
0. Beach/Pool towels are not provided; please do not use the apartment's towels for this purpose.
0. Strictly no smoking within the apartment. An excessive cleaning charge will apply if this is ignored.
0. Arrival and departure times: Your apartment will be ready for check-in at 14:00hrs. On departure day, guests must vacate the accommodation by 12:00hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, prices will be quoted on application.
0. We ask that you treat the apartment as you would your own and leave it as you would expect it to be found.
